Handled technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment, including system crashes, slow-downs and data recoveries. Oversaw the update process of each teacher and student computer throughout the district.Assisted in the installation of a VoIP telephone system on the Pomona Campus.Designed and Implemented a Wireless Network System on each facility campus within USD 287.
