My team analyzes credit union challenges, builds and deploy long term relationships and partnerships for mutual benefit to implement solutions aimed at improving members lives. My team of 7 Account Executives and 4 Client Support Specialists includes industry veterans, former credit union employees, data analysts and consultants. Each and every member of the team is focused on helping you and your Credit Union.Combining credit union data and Experian’s data with powerful new alternative credit data, our analytic teams generate real insight and knowledge on current members and potential future members. Using our data assets and scores, we predict the services of interest, develop personalized offers and help gain new members. We design and deliver risk and marketing focused decisioning strategies that target and offer the right products, for both member and credit union, deployed either real-time and in batch decisions at the individual member level. We constantly strive to help credit unions achieve their member-centric vision in all aspects of the credit life cycle.I help my team leverage the diverse range of Experian global solutions and services while ensuring our services and solutions are articulated clearly to our clients. I ensure our clients understand how Experian is different from both our global and local competitors. Effective client collaboration, with clear internal communication, is key to our success. I bring extensive experience and contact network across all Experian divisions, regions and global functions covering consultancy, account management, product management and solution delivery.
