With over 10 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and dedicated Assistant Headteacher at Repton Abu Dhabi, a leading international school. I hold an MA Education from the University of Brighton and a National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) from the UK Department for Education, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage the academic and pastoral aspects of the school.In my current role, I have successfully implemented various initiatives to improve the curriculum, assessment, and professional development of the staff and students, resulting in enhanced learning outcomes and student satisfaction. I have also contributed to the strategic vision and direction of the school, working closely with the Headteacher, the Board, and the parent community.
