I started my journey with Pro Door in 2015 after fulfilling my active-duty contract with the United States Army. My role at Pro Door spans from many different departments, from Install and Service, to Purchasing, Receiving, Fleet Management, Building Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance and Safety Training. I thrive in stressful situations, leveraging a calm and strategic approach to navigate challenges effectively. A professional with proven ability to maintain composure under pressure, make well informed decisions, and lead individuals and teams to success in dynamic environments. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability, turning adversity into opportunity for growth and achievement. During my time in the Army, I was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina where I oversaw the training of over 300 Soldiers in conducting threat assessments and responding effectively to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear warfare. I ensured the Company I was assigned too adhered to all training guidelines and maintained a 99% readiness rating at all times.
