In his role as Director of Strategy Consulting in Aon's Strategy and Technology Group (STG), Jon leverages the analytics and on-the-ground insights from the broader Aon organization and third parties to develop data-driven and actionable growth strategies for his clients, which include global insurers, regional carriers, insurtech organizations, private equity firms, etc. Jon is passionate about improving how his clients make key strategic decisions around commercially attractive and viable growth opportunities. Outside of the office, Jon enjoys board games, science fiction, and going to the zoo with his two young children.
