I am the Founder & CEO of Municipal Acquisitions, a Washington, DC-based real estate investment firm overseeing the deployment of $750 million from respected institutional investors. Our focus is singular: real estate occupied by educational institutions, healthcare systems, and municipal governments. With unique and proprietary investment structures, we are positioned as the premier real estate investment partner for the public sector.The creation of Municipal Acquisitions is based upon my capstone thesis at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School. I maintain an active role in the Johns Hopkins community, serving on the Deans Advisory Council and the Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board. I've also been an alumni advisor, keynote speaker, and title sponsor of the Municipal Acquisitions Student Venture Showcase, the university’s finale business plan competition.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to supporting the eradication of childhood cancer through funding novel and cutting-edge research efforts and serve on the Corporate Advisory Council of Children’s National Medical Center.
