Re-joined GVA in May 2002, Promoted to Director in 2005 and Senior Director in 2012. Specialist in the central London office market acting as a Project Manager/Employers Agent for a range of complex office refurbishment and New Build projects. Considerable experience utilising core building surveying skills, providing due diligence / pre acquisition advice both in the UK and European markets. Most recently providing high level development advice to a range of funds investing in various development and asset types at different stages of the procurement process.

Employed as a Senior Surveyor, dealt with a wide range of core building surveying instructions for commercial clients. Whilst generally focused upon feasibility advice, acquisition surveys, office refurbishment and fit-out projects, Also undertook professional work, including dilapidations and Party Walls advice.
