The Package Division Manager leads division operations by planning and directing division strategies with an emphasis on operational performance, volume generation, and cost reduction. Champions Health, Safety, Legal, and Compliance Regulations• Supports the training and certification processes and procedures of the organization to develop a safe and proficient work environment. • Promotes the need for training, individual and group conversations, and support of safety committees to raise health, safety, and compliance awareness. • Offers support through audits to ensure compliance with UPS, local, state, and federal guidelines (e.g., safety, hazardous materials, security, environmental, OSHA, etc.).
