I worked with DoD commands, federal agencies and contractors such as DISA, AAFES, CIA, DIA, Air Force Intelligence, MITRE, ManTech, AFRL, Army Geospatial, DMDC, Cyber Command, NAVSEA and NAVAIR to improve operational performance and uncover threats. We applied data cleansing, data integration, identity resolution, entity extraction with machine learning, big data techniques, geo-spatial analysis, and graph databases to improve operations, find the bad guys, optimize human resources, and predict future performance.I developed new projects worth over $20M, developing opportunities in military logistics, personnel, intelligence, defensive cyber, financial planning, research portfolio management, executive decision support, and military IoT.

I worked with DISA, DLA, TRANSCOM, DCMA, Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), AAFES and other DoD agencies to optimize their businesses by extracting maximum value from information and Big Data by applying database systems, data analytics platforms, database security, data cleansing, information integration, master data management (MDM), real time analytics, threat & fraud detection, Hadoop, and cloud data services.I was responsible for providing software solutions on all hardware platforms, from x86 to mainframes and SaaS. I coordinated the activities of product specialists, information architects, technical sellers and industry partners.

I helped federal enterprises to develop more effective business operations by implementing innovative semantic search, text analytics, social network analysis, knowledge discovery and expert profiling software, including for NASA, Army Medical Command, DIA, USDA, DHS, OSD, and the Veterans Health Administration. I helped the company form go-to-market strategies, write white papers and design briefing materials to grow existing accounts by 200-1000%. Identified and developed new projects in the federal, commercial and non-profit sectors.
