I am the Head of Recruitment and Reward for a Luxury care provider in the South of England, Oakland Care. We currently have 10 homes in London, Essex and the South East of England and more on the way. I manage the end to end recruitment for all the homes alongside the homes management team and we work together to reduce the time to hire and overall improve staff retention. Our time to hire has been reduced from 30+ days (July 2022) to 12 days and still dropping, which is a huge improvement! 💥
