I have represented STI QA with as many as 32 customer of shock absorbers, stabalizer bars, exhaust, door impact beams and instrument panels. Currently I am responsible for two major customers of shock absorbers, STI QA Lab and QA Hold Dept.Lab functions are metrology and mechanical inspections, gages, PPAP's and failure investigations. QA Hold Department completes rework or sorting of all suspect product which I prioritized twice daily to meet shipments. I travel to cusotmer to investigate issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions. I also review new product specificaition and complete APQP for these customers.

As Senior Quality Engineer I have experience in manufacturing Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel tube for automotove industry. I am representative for our 2 major shock absorber customers. I oversee the lab functions as well as all in house product that is suspect defective.

As Prod Mgr of Chassis Division I controlled brake and fuel line manufacturing production for JIT shipments to Toyota plants in North America.As Quality Mgr. of Chassis Division I controlled all quality aspects of manufacturing and TIS specificaitons, APQP, gages and manufacturing machines prove outs for brake and fuel line division as well as managed lab testing. I worked directly with Toyota North America plants.

We conducted all durability testing and metrology on aluinum wheels for customers (PPAP) as well as internal audits, gages and process verifiactions. We conducted environmental testing on paint coatings as well as spectrometry test for aluminum.
