Within Synchro ERP I spend time each day in various areas of the company. My main duties revolve around customer Technical Support where I work in both a first and second line capacity for our bespoke ERP software. I also work with Copy Writing, scheduled software maintenance, sales, events management and diary management for our worldwide implementation teamWorking from a home office I provide support for our worldwide customer base, identifying their issues, troubleshooting with them and explaining procedures where required.
