CurrentI am currently still employed with Synchro, my current duties include (but are not limited to)-First contact for all UK customers (Via Email-Telephone)-First line of investigative support for customer issues-Documentation of any issues not resolved and passing to the Development Team-Creating & Maintaining documents such as user guides-Creating & Amending SAP Crystal Reports (Versions 8-13)-SQL Server maintenance and administration (for our Database)-Calendar management for 4 international implementers-Assisting the accounts team with invoicing and customer liaison -Ensuring customers are contacted as a courtesy every two months-Liaising with line manager constantly
