Most recent consulting assignment was an Expert Witness (Damage Expert) for Respondent in an arbitration case involving a major oil company vs. a corrosion-resistant fiberglass pipe manufacturer. Resulted in Plaintiff’s Damage Expert substantially lowering their claim assessment to agree with Respondent's Damage Expert methodologies and claim damage findings. Has extensive experience for more than 40 years leading the development of a wide variety of estimates for major upstream and downstream, onshore and offshore oil and gas projects.
