Xaver Roofing are an award-winning roofing company delivering high quality roofing services to the leading house builders in the UK. It's my responsibility to assess and investigate any remedial work that may be raised after the point of exchange for the new home-owner.

I originally came to work for Advance Roofing as a Specialist Roof Tiler the respect and confidence of my employers, site and contract managers.And intern offered a position as contract manager to which enjoyed and excelled intern gave me the opportunity to carry on with this role.

After working with the Avonside Group for 8 years, I was offered the role in the (ARM) Avonside Repair and Maintenance to be part of the first teams to specialise in services for Local Authorities across the UK. We worked closely alongside utility companies, for example, Morrisons,Mitre & Spirita, to service roofing contracts and deliver a high level of service for our clients.

This is we’re I first started roofing at just 17 and going to Birmingham CITB collage we’re I was sponsored by Redland roof tiles ….. the college has since shut down ,Such a shame.
