• Utilize RE NXT daily to process all gifts and grants received by CNGC• Produce acknowledgement letters for all gifts received in an accurate and timely manner and consistently upload into Raiser's Edge • Reconcile all contribution data with the Finance Department monthly to ensure precise recording and tracking against goals• Work with the grant writing team to ensure all actions items and documentation related to proposals and reports are accurately and timely uploaded• Prepare weekly and monthly gift reports for executive staff• Generate reports for Development related solicitations, specials events, annual report and other requests as they arise• Create new funds, campaigns, appeals and packages as needed• Update donor biographical data as needed
