I began working as a warehouseman and then learned how to work every other position. I learned how to track and maintain inventory, how to ship orders, and how to receive containers. I also worked in many subsidiary warehouses maintaining the inventory.

I started as a Starbucks barista then became the Starbucks supervisor. As the supervisor I maintained the department's inventory, projected sales and worked to expand the business, directed and maintained the department's schedule and staff consisting of 6-8 baristas, and was responsible for hiring and firing employees. Then I left the Starbucks department to become more involved in the grocery side of the business. I gained experience in many other departments in the store.
