As the first point of contact for potential new clients, it was my task to prequalify and educate people about the benefits and use cases of our services. Cold outreach, primarily via phone, was the main task associated with this role, as well as CRM use and management, including contact management and updating. As this was a fully remote role, it incorporated various other skills that were pertinent to past and current roles, such as time management, motivation, sense of urgency, and effective communication among others.
