As a Western US Sales Director, I lead a team of sales managers and specialists who are responsible for growing and servicing our OEM and distribution customers across the region. I have over ten years of experience in the electrical and mechanical engineered products industry, with a focus on motor design and application, soft start and VFD start-up, and problem solving and solution offering.I am passionate about delivering value and satisfaction to our customers, and collaborating with them to understand their goals and needs. I am also committed to developing and empowering my team, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. I hold two certifications from ABB as an authorized and certified VFD start-up technician, which demonstrate my technical expertise and proficiency. My mission is to drive sales and solutions for engineered products that enhance the performance and efficiency of our customers' operations.
