Controls and conserves operation expenses and capital purchases aimed at financial stewardship.• Direct the annual operating budget planning for the Department.• Manages the clinic assignments across the network and keeps database current. • Manage and develop a project manager/program manager team in the Department. • Develop, implement and monitor an Ambulatory Operations Plan, in collaboration with colleagues and Service Directors, • Act as the SVP delegate to MEE-wide meetings including but not limited to Compliance. • Participates as an active member of the leadership team in Ophthalmology and member of the SVP’s Cabinet
Associate Director, Ophthalmology
