Manage a team of up to 15 operators all at different development levels. Excellent knowledge and skill in CCTV monitoring and associated computer systems. Coordinate and prioritise the daily operation of a Monitor Room to achieve both Departmental and overall Company objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to identify and reduce incidents of cheating, theft, embezzlement and any other illegal and undesirable activities while also actively monitoring the complex to prevent these activities from occurring. Provide leadership, advice and direction to Monitor Room personnel on Gaming integrity and illegal and undesirable activity. Assist and manage the training and career development programme for all Monitor Room personnel, identify any operational training requirements and implement any training programs that may be needed. Monitor and manage Monitor Room personnel, absenteeism, annual leave, time and attendance. Ensure customer service and operational requirements are met. Have extensive experience in writing clear concise reports. Encourage a positive working relationship between Surveillance employees and other Departments within the company. This includes assisting with resolution of grievances that may arise within the department. Ensure that customer service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and that it meets both customer’s needs and Company standards.Liaise and cooperate with relevant Law Enforcement authorities and emergency services and perform calmly in stressful situations.
