I have always worked with, alongside, led/Managed and performed in front of. I have skills in getting the best out of people, both in personal, academic and life skills.I have achieved and led others to fulfil tasks and projects, created ideas and project strategies and have implemented them both for others and myself. In all my careers to date, I have been in a leading, supportive and nurturing role guiding and helping people navigate through problems. I have always been practical as well, being Co project leader on the redevelopment of Blundellsands URC after a large fire, (£176K) and designed and built CAM recording studio)You see from this introduction I have a wealth of background as well as the desire to lead and accomplish so much more with the right company and career.
