As a Regional Manager, I was able be a top sales leader by keeping work ethic as an attribute of success. Setting the standard by creating a competitive attitude of high sales goals and stretching team members to be at their best. Along with creating an atmosphere of success, I was able to run contest for our team and incentives for our customers. Keeping team members excited to do tasks that are hard and difficult, is something I try to make worth while for each individual that puts forth the effort.

As Team Lead I would assist in setting example in leading with active sales. I also would be a frequent leader on a weekly and monthly basis with many awards and recognitions. One of the duties tasked to me was to take out new reps on the doors to train and share skills and sales abilities.
