In 2015 I completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and am very motivated to reenter this field of employment after suffering a serious spinal injury that required extensive surgery and rehabilitation.I am a dedicated person who is capable of applying myself both autonomously and within a team environment. With over 6 years banking experience, both branch and back-office, I developed strong capabilities with Epayments/Bpay Disputes, traces and recalls, dishonours, special answer and presentment requests, EIM and relevant APCA guidelines. Furthermore, I was given the opportunity to undertake a year’s secondment on the front-line to enhance my overall knowledge of how both back office and front line banking processes interact and further enhance my customer service skills. While I enjoy working with the children at Kids Care, I feel that my capabilities, experiences and qualifications are not being utilised and my ambitions are not being fulfilled. I am now looking for opportunities and challenges that will allow me to use the skills and experience that I have gained and developed over a number of years, in new roles.I have extensive customer service and operations support experience within the financial services industry, especially within the mutual sector, and have successfully developed a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and risk management practices as well as an appreciation of marketing principles and strategies following my completion of my marketing degree.Having the experience in the mutual sector, I can demonstrate that I am passionate about the customer experience, with a high regard to and respect of a customer focus.I would characterise myself as a well- balanced individual and a team member with a high level of commitment and dedication. I am also focused on achieving a high standard of results in a fair, respectful and equitable manner with a particular emphasis on thoroughness and timelines.
