Working in the Ordnance Survey Department, I had to liaise with both the Blom overseas office and the Ordnance Survey to ensure all data and work is done to a high standard and delivered on time. I had to make sure there is enough work for each member of production both in the UK and overseas and also ensure any required survey work is arranged.

Working in the Ordnance Survey Department, I had to send data to the overseas office and run quality checks and edits once it is returned from them before final delivery. I also ran regular back ups of data.

Working in the Ordnance Survey Department, I had to edit and update digital maps using aerial photography for accuracy. I would also have to check edits and updates completed by other staff to ensure it was of a high enough standard and provide them with any feedback required.

I had to deal with fraud or attempted fraud on customers accounts. I would have to liaise with customers, other NatWest departments and the police to ensure the best outcome is achieved for all.
