I am a hardworking, committed person who works well under pressure. I enjoy challenges and am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and think out the box and am passionate about customer service. I did my apprenticeship at Barloworld equipment company in South Africa , which is without a doubt one of the top Caterpillar dealers anywhere. I went from an apprentice all the way up through workshop management ,and product / technical support .I have had the privilege of being on both sides of the earthmoving machinery fence, that being a supplier and an end user. I have a large amount of experience , "hands on" of plant maintenance , plant utilization optimisation, Plant management on small sites with under 10 pieces of equipment to very large sites with over 200 pieces of major plant.
