I am a Member of Tiber Hudson LLC practicing in the areas of commercial finance and real estate development, with a concentration on the representation of lenders and borrowers involved in FHA-insured loan transactions, including financings of multi-family and healthcare facilities under HUD’s Section 232, 221(d)(4), and 223(f)/(a)(7) programs. I regularly represent lenders in complex affordable housing transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, multi-family housing bonds, subordinate loans, and HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) program. As counsel to lenders and borrowers, I frequently represent clients on various regulatory and loan servicing matters, including interest rate modifications and HUD’s transfer of physical assets approvals (“TPA”). Over the course of my career, I have closed billions of dollars in loan transactions in 48 states and Puerto Rico.
