As the Coast Guard Configuration Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the on-budget, on-time, and full scope deployment of all configurations of the $510M Electronic Health Record Acquisition (eHRa) program (CG-9333). Being the primary configuration project manager, I supervise 1 E-7 & 2 contractors, implementing governance, planning, configuration, & installation of all medical devices, computers, & software applications across 125 CG ashore clinics & sick bays. I am responsible for ensuring cybersecurity compliance & inventory control of new CG medical system achieving DoD & Defense Health Agency (DHA) computer network integration. As part of this program management duty, I lead the 10 member Configuration Control Board (CCB) with authority over the budget, scope, and schedule of the CG-wide configuration of healthcare programs, systems, networks, and supporting logistics.
