After finishing my 10 year professional rugby career in 2006 I have grown a construction company from running 6 projects a year (2008) with just my brother and me to managing +/- 85 loft conversion projects a year (2018).Through hard work, positivity, honesty and dedication I picked myself up from the highs of professional rugby to the lows of being on my own in the 'real world' and built my own, successful, loft conversion company.For the past two years I’ve focussed on streamlining the business to improve efficiency, ensure our customer service is second to none, and to give me time to work on, and not just in, the business.It’s my passion to ensure my business reflects my values - our brand values - in every aspect of what we do. That means recruiting staff and contractors who understand those values and are capable of showing them through their work.
