I’m a serial entrepreneur and natural marketeer across various industries and verticals. My journey started in 2007 when I founded Initial Rewards and spent a decade building up the company into one of the most successful merchandise marketing companies within iGaming. 2019 The business moved into gifting technology and an incredible partnership with Amazon was established creating Gift&Go a fast growing gifting technology business . At various stages in the companies lifespan I've had to make pivotal changes to the business model and bet big on certain technologies and formats to ensure survival in a hyper competitive space. Over the past five years I have invested in several companies, some distressed and others being pure tech start-ups. The lessons learned from founding Initial Rewards have helped me immensely when finding, investing and driving these new ventures forward. Creating profitable businesses has allowed me to build a solid venture fund to actively invest in these opportunities. I am not a passive investor, I’m on the frontline with all of my companies, driving things forward on a daily basis, working with extremely skilled partners who’re able to leverage my abilities.
