Oversight of 40 long term care and assisted living facilities regarding "bricks and mortar" and Environment of Care and Life Safety compliance in the states of Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi. Put together and managed in-house project teams to rotate from facility to facility performing major projects. Performed pre-survey inspections to assist facilities in preparation for AHCA environment of care inspections. Performed project management duties at various facilities in dealing with outside contractors and tradesmen, negotiated contracts with same, and performed quality control inspections during and after contract work performed.
