With over 25 years of experience in the ski industry, I am passionate about ensuring the health and safety of employees and guests at Vail Resorts, the premier mountain resort company in the world. I have developed and implemented effective programs and best practices to promote compliance, risk management, and injury prevention. I have also led and trained diverse teams of ski patrollers, instructors, and mountain safety staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer service. As a Health and Safety leader, I focus on employee safety through audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions. I also coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
