CurrentCurrently a Senior Project Manager with ARCADIS. Since joining ARCADIS in 2001, I have been involved with a variety of sites that include investigation of overburden, bedrock, groundwater, and vapor intrusion. Implemented numerous remediation projects including: building demolition, in situ injections of various substrates, excavation/disposal of soil, monitored natural attenuation, soil vapor extraction, vapor mitigation, and pump and treat. Experienced in complex data evaluation and report writing. Also experienced with wetlands delineation/restoration, regulatory compliance, and property transfer/sales and due diligence.Project management responsibilities include: • Development of scope of work/cost estimates and proposals;• Communications with clients and legal counsel;• Management of field activities;• Scope and budget tracking;• Client billing;• Community and public relations support; • Regulatory support including attending meetings;• Resource management; and• Health and safety.Managed projects that are under different states/regulatory agencies including: • Superfund, RCRA, and TSCA;• NJDEP's Industrial Site Recovery Act Program;• PADEP's Act 2 Program;Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection;• Georgia Department of Natural Resources Hazardous Site Inventory Properties Program; and,• North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality.Formerly a group leader and department manager, which included supervising up to 18 staff located in multiple offices.
