Currently a Senior Project Manager with ARCADIS. Since joining ARCADIS in 2001, I have been involved with a variety of sites that include investigation of overburden, bedrock, groundwater, and vapor intrusion. Implemented numerous remediation projects including: building demolition, in situ injections of various substrates, excavation/disposal of soil, monitored natural attenuation, soil vapor extraction, vapor mitigation, and pump and treat. Experienced in complex data evaluation and report writing. Prior to joining ARCADIS, Mr. Rutledge worked for a geotechnical engineering firm where his primary focus was conducting subsurface investigations and oversight of earthwork associated with large construction projects.
