Of all that I do, I especially enjoy the process of hiring and training my employees, who become the face of the library to our users. I excel in securing good talent, asking detailed questions, and providing informative answers in order to match the best person for our job. Doing so requires the skill to both stay in touch with business needs and to understand a candidate's strongest skills.
