I am proud to have generated average growth rates of +22% Net Sales Value per year for 7 years- I worked closely with the Sales team, Finance Team and Senior management to generate £ sales growth and breadth of distribution. The most notable single strategic impact was the “Ultimate Gin & Tonic” campaign which I ran above and below the line. This grew rate-of-sale +24%- I used research data to identify key opportunities to drive improvement in the overall product offering such as launching Bombay Dry, which has added +32% incremental NSV to Bombay- I have developed a strong cross functional team, providing coaching and feedback to maintain high standards set by the brand and the business organisation which has led to a motivated and well recognised team who have progressed quickly within our business- I have acted as guardian for the Bombay Sapphire brand, work with all departments to ensure the right premium cues for the brand, but also that the right opportunities are seized upon- As the brand manager I have briefed and coordinated several marketing agencies, from appointment through delivery and review/improvement stages- I have focused the brand plans tightly, moving in 2018 to 3 strategic pillars.
