Reporting Specialist

• Perform research, fulfill regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting tasks/requests, and provide ad hoc reporting services to SCAO Comp Operations, SCAO management, Legal, HR, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Product areas and Sales management• Compile and deliver Schedule A data for Pension, Life and Group policyholders • Answer requests and provide data, data files and/or printed reports within agreed upon timeframes. General goal of responding within two business days.• Data to be validated for accuracy before releasing• Ensure that reports are formatted correctly• Establish working relationships with SCAO Reporting team members and other parts of SCAO• Share and provide data and information on respective comp plans/distribution channel/comp systems to other team members, and learn comp plans/systems for other distribution channels• Cross-train with other team members as determined by management• Pursue opportunities for process improvement, explore use of different tools and methods for reporting, sharing information with counterparts as applicable• Administer and provide systems access to both NEF and Met Home Office associates and management staff at the agency level• Administer and provide access through IBSE/EMS for OLA, FEA, LNA, TNN, EPI, AGB, FAST, iCOMP, IBCS and the ID Compensation website• Administer and provide access within a timely matter. General goal of responding within 48 hours• Represent SCAO Reporting team on projects; joint committees and workgroups• Participate on special projects such as those for building business skills, developing toolkits for associates and developing improved reporting procedures and/or online reporting.• Provide subject matter knowledge, prepare/explain requirements, perform UAT and provide support as needed
