In 2022, I made a change. After more than a decade working in online marketing for small law firms, I accepted a position as a Product Marketing Lead with Ncontracts. Although I am dealing with a field that is entirely new to me (finance), products that are new to me (software as a solution for financial institutions) and a position that is entirely new to me (Product Marketing), I have very much enjoyed the process of learning and growing new knowledge and skills. As a product Marketing Lead, I help our organization understand, reach, and really help our customers. Through market analytics, product messaging, go-to-market strategies, persona work, ideal customer profiles, sales enablement support, and a range of other activities, I am providing diverse and important data and analytics to help make sure we are reaching our customers and providing them with the products and services they need to thrive. Before Ncontracts, I worked as a legel copywriter for almost 13 years with FindLaw: As a Legal Marketing Copywriter with a JD, a BA in English and more than 10 years of content experience, I have helped hundreds of small law firms grow their brands and increase their business success. I am an experienced content expert who can handle a range of complex projects. I’m a gifted communicator, big-picture thinker, campaigner, consensus builder and writer who can benefit a range of working environments. I also have a background in law. While obtaining my JD in 2009, I worked in the school's Elder Law Clinic. In that position, I represented clients, did substantial research and assisted in litigation. My volunteer work is also significant in building important skills, including high-level leadership and steering, coordinating life-skill formation programs, organizing and developing content for conferences, public speaking and teaching, diplomacy and mentoring.
