As a "Big Law" partner, responsible for legal teams representing global Fortune 1000 consumer-facing and B2B companies in multiple industries, including software, technology, telecommunications, and retail. Broad experience leading and managing projects across multiple functions, including legal, governance, compliance, internal investigations, risk management and human resources. Jon Shepherd currently is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for an enterprise that operates a significant number of franchised restaurants across the Southeastern United States and has significant real estate holdings.Jon started his career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Dallas, Texas, representing a wide variety of companies in matters ranging from breach of contract cases to multi-jurisdiction antitrust and securities class actions.
