Jon Shepherd currently is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for an enterprise that operates a significant number of franchised restaurants across the Southeastern United States and has significant real estate holdings.Jon started his career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Dallas, Texas, representing a wide variety of companies in matters ranging from breach of contract cases to multi-jurisdiction antitrust and securities class actions. After becoming a partner at Gibson Dunn, Jon ultimately left to start his own firm, Crews & Shepherd LLP, which later formed the basis of the Dallas office of Alston & Bird, LLP. Jon later served as one of two partners that started the litigation practice at Holland & Knight LLP's Dallas office.
