-Developed a simulation to estimate the locations of previously launched missiles in order to limit the possibility of fratricide. Used statistical analysis to determine probability of lead missiles in our field of view-Six Sigma project to develop IR models for a HIL simulation more efficiently and by more junior engineers-Developed documentation for what was a black box program, and then developed a wrapper to make the development less iterative and save engineering time-Developed a cost and schedule saving approach to Formal Qualification Tests (FQT). Co-authored and presented a white paper to my department discussing the new process-Led the simulation effort for various missiles where I managed performance analysis, configuration management, simulation model development, and algorithm design. -Led the simulation and scenario development for an Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile proof of concept firing. This included developing the requirements for the drone and performing Monte Carlo simulations of the flyout, and then presenting these findings to an expert panel-Generated a modified Proportional Navigation routine to improve target intercept performance-Developed a simulation algorithm to provide a threat with a look angle guidance to increase threat realism-Created an onboard algorithm based on vector explicit guidance to improve intercept performance in the event of uplink failure-Architected an interface test used in FQT to verify missile initialization messages-Developed a satellite power analysis tool to aid in capture of a new contract
