Digital Publishing Manager
CurrentAs the Digital Publishing Manager, I have been responsible for establishing and managing the eBook publishing program for 25+ imprints for The Quarto Group, since the Fall of 2010. Managing the day-to-day workflow includes determining title-specific conversion rules for vendors, QC and revisions—including overseeing technical accuracy and adapting content specifically for eBooks—on to file approval and distribution. I'm also responsible for driving the approval process for budgeting of eBook conversion, working with imprint publishers and the Director of Direct Sales & E-Marketing to project sales, determine related costs, and assess conversion of all frontlist and backlist titles, as well as ebook-only projects.
