Line Owner 2
In this position I was the line owner of Twin Tubes. This is the newest line at the company. It is a twoline conveyer belt where dehydrated mashed potato food product is packaged. I oversaw all operations of twin tubes, performed allergen change overs and loaded the food product. I was trained to run five different lines which run different sizes of product with different levels of computer support. I started out at this company running the Viking Line, which was the newest line in the company, and I was the first to run it.
