Jon Teel is an investment property advisor in CBRE’s San Jose office and co-founder of CBRE’s Silicon Valley Multifamily Investment Properties Group along Jefrey Henderson. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Jon has closed over $2+ billion worth of multifamily assets totaling 6,300 existing and developable units. Jon provides strategic advisory services for landlords, investors and developers, representing their interests in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and investment properties throughout the greater Silicon Valley.A Bay Area native, Jon is an active member in the South Bay community coaching youth tennis and participating in local community service. He played varsity tennis at Los Gatos High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University, holding a B.A. in Economics & English. Jon is an active member of the Santa Clara University Alumni Association, the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR), and the Urban Land Institute.
