Expansion: Nine and a half years ago, I opened a second location of Doubleday’s, further solidifying our presence in the community.The FAMOUS Restaurant: Seven years ago, I launched this gastropub concept, paying homage to my family's rich culinary history as a third-generation restaurateur.Home Plate: Almost a year ago, I introduced Home Plate, a fast-casual carryout and delivery service that caters to the evolving needs of our customers.Team Growth: I am proud to lead a dynamic team of over 200 members, fostering a culture of collaboration, appreciation and excellence.Consultant & Business Coach: My journey has led me to become a consultant and business coach, where I find fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals in the business realm.
