As well as managing service requests from existing customers. Also responsible for all purchasing and some finance functions. Currently gaining knowledge of Gamma Horizon, HV Select, and Pragma system provisioning. Also responsible for administrating and managing the billing system (mobile, hosted, broadband).Also responsible for various functions within The Layer CRM program, with a very high level of knowledge of the program.Mobile Telephony, Fixed Line Services, Broadband Services, Data Connectivity, Cloud Services.

Wholly responsible for purchasing and procurement for the dental goods department. With a budget of around £6 million per year.
