Create and present design review packages for both peer and formal customer review. Perform formal validation of special test equipment; including the derivation and control of test procedures, manuals and complete drawing packages in accordance with quality control standards. Formally document and present all product verification and validation test results, failure analysis and root cause and corrective actions.
Test Engineer
Responsible for implementing innovative test solutions for testing and troubleshooting circuits, systems and equipment. Developed and integrated all aspects of automated test programs; including instrument evaluation, software driver and test executive generation. Designed production test equipment for all levels of test, System, LRU and SRU; each with extensive fault isolation capabilities. Performed field testing, troubleshooting and on-site integration for the Improved Fire Control System of the U.S. Army Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), as well as Distributed Targeting System for the U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet. Designed field maintenance and troubleshooting capability in delivered hardware, ensuring self-test capability as well as the development of embedded self-test software.
Reliability Engineer
Provided technical assistance to various Government programs ensuring designs were usable in terms of reliability, maintainability and testability.
