Perform formal validation of special test equipment; including the derivation and control of test procedures, manuals and complete drawing packages in accordance with quality control standards. Formally document and present all product verification and validation test results, failure analysis and root cause and corrective actions.

Responsible for implementing innovative test solutions for testing and troubleshooting circuits, systems and equipment. Developed and integrated all aspects of automated test programs; including instrument evaluation, software driver and test executive generation. Designed production test equipment for all levels of test, System, LRU and SRU; each with extensive fault isolation capabilities. Developed and integrated all aspects of automated test programs, utilizing GPIB, VXI, RS-232, Ethernet and USB communication interfaces. Coordinate and conduct environmental testing in accordance with MIL-STD-810, 883, 461 and DO-160.Minimized field maintenance and troubleshooting of delivered hardware by ensuring self-test capability in product design as well as the development of deliverable self-test software. Recognized expertise in test and diagnostics programs, and instrument drivers, developed with National Instrument’s LabVIEW, Labwindows CVI and TestStand software. Worked directly with Design Team during all phases of System Integration and Test; conducted formal failure analysis investigations, tracked failure trends and conducted a formal Maintainability Demonstration at the customer facility.Developed test logic diagrams for utilization in troubleshooting circuit card assemblies down to piece part failures. This effort lead to the development of both field and shop manuals for end users to quickly isolate and repair sub-system components, minimizing down time and maximizing mission readiness.Performed life cycle cost analysis; including spares modeling and multiple lifetime maintenance concepts.
