I was tasked with assigning campers enrolled in the waterski program into groups, based on waterski experience, that would each meet once a day to go waterskiing. I additionally had the same responsibilities as a camp counselor including primarily supervising campers while ensuring campers have the best camp experience possible. To do this it's required to be able lead and assist in a variety of different activity areas and camp games. Activities include archery, rock climbing, team games, kayaking, sailing, lifeguarding, and more. Furthermore, counselors are responsible for good communication while arbitrating disputes between campers, consoling homesick campers, addressing parents concerns to name a few.
