Instrumental inconceptualizing and developing Citi’s widely attended annual Global IndustrialTechnology and Mobility Conference.

• Served as the global research representative on Citi’s Global EquityCommitment Committee, screening all equity transactions with representativesfrom investment banking, equity capital markets, risk management andcompliance. Managed the entire IPO process for equity research: initialscreening, due diligence, investor education and subsequent timely initiation ofcoverage.

• Primary management responsibility for ~40 Latin American senior analystsand staff. Set aggressive new strategy that drove department InstitutionalInvestor Magazine (II) rankings from 10th in 2017 to 4th in 2019. Thisperformance drove market share from 57% to 9.8% during the same period.Made the successful decision to locate the main office in Brazil rather thanNew York and oversaw transition. Managed hiring processes for new analystsand retention strategy for existing staff. Responsible for all aspects of strategy,planning and budgeting.
