As Senior Business Analyst for a 200 strong sales and marketing community I successfully provide accurate and insightful sales and activity reports using a variety of data visualisation tools and techniques, sourcing data from Oracle, SAP, Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and IQVIA. Furthermore, I am responsible for the design and delivery of a range of sales forecasting models to satisfy global corporate demands, as well as the production of key performance indicators to fulfil NHS contract requirements.Key achievements include: -• The design, build and maintenance of over 120 business area specific dashboards using Tableau Prep Builder and Tableau Desktop providing the UK and Ireland sales and marketing community with the tools to identify opportunities, risks, and best practice.• The successful rollout of Tableau Online to 200 data consumers giving them real-time cloud-based access to their business intelligence. • Training and mentoring team colleagues and senior management team members to understand and interpret all available data, resulting in a consistent ‘single-truth’ view of sales performance. • Extracting and presenting CRM analytics (Veeva, Salesforce and Mobile Intelligence) to provide management information on sales team activity and strategic planning that has resulted in a more effective sales force and a greater understanding of customer needs.• Supporting business leads in the UK and Ireland with the production of forecasting models and the completion of long- and medium-term strategy submissions that determine sales and marketing direction and budgeting 2 – 5 years ahead.• Deliver key company projects via implementation of PRINCE2 principles to satisfy internal data strategies to meet continuous improvement ideals.• System administration of the Veeva CRM system and helpdesk support, and the subsequent user compliance analysis and the delivery training to close identified gaps.

The purpose of this role was to collate and present accurate management information to support the Primary Care Mental Health Service.Key achievements include: -Definition, scope, and delivery of data analysis for effective management of resource and client journey.Implementation of the regular analysis of NHS framework indicators fully utilising all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Access and Excel, and Business Objects and SQL Design, build, monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly internal service performance dashboards.
