Joined AXA in 2014 as Managing Director of the UK Commercial business, focused largely on driving the growth of the business through the intermediary channel; taking accountability for developing strategic broker relationships and aligning resources and capability to a growth agenda, whilst also launching a Mid-market proposition to the market. In 2018 promoted to Executive Managing Director, joining three Boards and taking full P&L responsibility for the business. Key achievements include:- Successful launch and implementation of a Mid-market proposition that now represents c. 50% of total GWP- GWP from 2014 has more than doubled with improving expense ratio and profit margin- Successful integration of the Direct business- Delivery of a new operating model aligned to move from a distribution to full P&L model
