It’s a long story! Then naturally progressing into various account, service and project management roles within the IT/Telecoms, Insurance, Retail, Finance, Property and Public Sectors.Throughout this time, my inner drive to further enhance and strengthen my personal and business competencies led me to study different belief systems from Spirituality (reiki, intuition, mediumship and shamanism) to gaining formal Accredited qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Nero-Linguistic Programming (MNLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Past Life Regression and Mindfulness.
